Platform role

KHMDeal is primarily an information, promotion, Deal discovery, Voucher, attribution and redemption-record technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KHMDeal is not the seller, restaurant, hotel, clinic, beauty provider or other underlying service provider.

The transaction for goods or services is between the Consumer and the Merchant. KHMDeal currently does not collect consumer payment for Merchant goods or services.

Merchant information and consumer verification

Merchant names, descriptions, images, prices, operating hours, qualifications, Deal conditions and other merchant-supplied information are provided or confirmed by Merchants. KHMDeal may review information, but review is not an endorsement, quality guarantee, safety guarantee, professional certification, guarantee of continuous operation, or guarantee of Merchant fulfillment.

Consumers should verify actual opening status, price, availability, Deal conditions, service scope and professional or medical qualifications when relevant before completing an offline transaction.

Vouchers and redemption

A KHMDeal Voucher records eligibility for a Merchant promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not money, is not stored value, is not transferable for cash, and payment or refund for underlying goods or services is handled by the Merchant.

Successful Redemption is KHMDeal's primary system record that a Voucher was used. These records may be used for platform statistics, Merchant reporting, Creator attribution, platform fees or settlement where applicable, and fraud investigation, subject to correction for manifest technical error or proven fraud.

Prohibited use and complaints

Users may not abuse vouchers, automate fraudulent claims, manipulate Creator attribution, impersonate others, interfere with the platform, exploit security vulnerabilities, commit fraud or conduct unlawful activity. KHMDeal may restrict affected functions, accounts or identities.

Users may use KHMDeal Complaints & Help. KHMDeal may forward relevant information to Merchants, request evidence, investigate, mediate, suspend or remove content or Merchant access, but does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome.

Availability, liability and law

Service may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, network providers, Cloudflare, Telegram, third-party infrastructure, force majeure or technical failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHMDeal is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or loss-of-profit damages caused by Merchant goods, services or conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith and, if unresolved, by competent Cambodian courts according to applicable law.
